Hello, was pumping penis and on my penis head I got this swollen thing do I need worry or it will go off in time? Thanks

An update: I think my penis head was touching hard pump cylinder and that’s how it happened

Nothing to worry about, its a bruise from a burst capillary. Just give it a few days to recover. It happens cause of the negative pressure pulling and rupturing it. It can slightly hurt from the internal pressure sometimes.

Please add lube along your penis and over the head. And inside the walls. The contact against the internal walls of the cylinder can create these tiniy injuries. Wait some days and you'll see how your penis gets recovered. If your penis is going to contact against the cylinder, cover your penis and even the cylinder (this is "harder" to do) with some lbricant or cream and you will see how there's no danger.
