Bigger anal douche

I'm looking for a shower head for an anal douche, and it needs to be big . At least 6cm across.

I have a few anal showers but since I also like water play in general I want to have a big dildo or buttplug that I can attach to my shower hose. 

Oh and it needs to be made from metal, or at least hard and smooth so I can insert it without any lube.

I hope someone knows a shop that sell such things.
