What exactly is it!

So as the title suggests - What part of the intestines makes up the full prolapse? A daft question you might think but been reading different post and on med sites etc. I was always of the assumption the its the rectum? Recently read a post on here stating depth play is a must to stretch out the sigmoid which then in turn pushes it through the prolapse??

this is literally your sigmoid colon beginning to prolapse through the top of your rectum.

this is from an interesting post 'a simplified guide'

So what gives? (litterlly)

I believe I have so far an internal prolapse, I'm just continuing to stretch and try deeper. Must admit I havent done much 'proper' depth training - So I'm guessing thats something to start more regularly?

Well it depends how long your prolapse is... just imagine a prolapse is a mirror of what it would be inside you, so the end of your prolapse is higher up.

so the rectum Prolapses first, then if it gets longer you get the curve and the sigmoid starting to fall out to the end too. You can see this curve on hungerff and other people, the little bump is the second ring

TimmyPigHole has that as well. Both he and HungerFF’s sigmoid colons are protruding. Not many, even the other prolapse champs, get to that point.

Players like them, if they’re honest, will admit that while heavy anal play has certainly helped them on their journey, they were predisposed to it before it even became their “thing”.

Hey, Thanks for replies - one thing I forgot to ask is about stretching the rectum...With large objects does the rectum stretch in length as well as accommodating width or do longer objects always have to pass through the sigmoid?

Cheers

It seems that a full thickness prolapse is not just the rectum protruding through the anus. Something is filling the prolapsed rectum, this thing is the small intestine as shown in this illustration: https://twitter.com/Cirbosque/status/1331314872651558912

That’s fascinating! I never knew the small intestine came out. Is that always the case or only in some extreme circumstances? I assumed it just came down from the rectum and up, since it all looks like one tube

Yeah I don't know how systematic this is either.

But you can clearly see something inflating the prolapse in some videos -- for example this one at 03:37, Huge Prolapse: Free Free Prolapse Porn Video 66 - xHamster | xHamster). Plus the hole of the prolapse is almost always pushed towards the back as if something was filling the part facing the genitals.

Ok, so the condition where small bowel prolapse is called enterocele. Apparently it's rare for the small bowel to fill the rectal prolapse: "Large transrectal enterocele manifesting as rectal prolapse is exceedingly rare. Although rectal prolapse is commonly seen with the presence of enterocele, the majority of those patients do not include small bowel in the rectal prolapse. " (source: Extraperineal enterocele in male: A case report and literature review (nih.gov))
