Pumping ass lips while avoiding too much ?

I’m just trying to play with and have nice big puffy ass lips. I’ve used the anal suction pump toy off Amazon and it works well enough, but I’d like something better. 
 

however the only other thing I can find is the rosebud pump with a piece of material that goes inside you. 
 

Anyone know if that alone is going to promote rosebutt/prolapse over just big puffy lips? Nothing wrong with people who want the full thing I’m just not ready to commit that fully to the fetish
