Can I get a deep enema twice a week?

if you want to get deep cleaning, you must do it. if i want i can take 3.5 liter enema every day. it's a pleasure.

I've seen it mentioned many times enemas mess with the bacteria flora of the intestine which can cause bad health and even mental health problems, as gut produce serotonin (happy hormone) for the brain, so people should not do enemas too often. Don't know how often is too often though.
