Turn intussusception into prolapse

I think I have basically a long  intussusception of my sigmoid colon which falls into my rectum and I can grab

its about 6-8 inches long but anchored 8 inches deep, right at the top of the rectum.

so there is a long tube of colon hanging inside my rectum. 

but I need to now get that anchored point 8 inches deep to release. 
 

once that releases I should have a 12-16 inch complete prolapse to rival HungerFF and Timmyph

 

help! How to release this point inside?
