HKJ saying she can't take a shit without an enema

The guy who's been claiming that HKJ can't shit normally anymore shared this:

 

Straight from the horses mouth... and I didn't believe him.

So why can't she take a shit normally? Could it be either

1. Due to a lack of muscle strength of her colon due to the stretching

2. She messed up her gut's bacterial flora and fecal matter can't form anymore

3. Her colon got so used to shitting out water it lost strength

The guy who shared this has been sending it to Siswet on Reddit too. If there's dangers she needs to know that's a good thing, but if there isn't we wouldn't want her to get anxious and stop...

this dude know nothing , hkj post at least 1 video on hotkinkyjo.xxx and 1 on alexvod.com every week , she make multiple video in one day and she take a break for long time for sure no worry , but siswet is young and have to slow down a bit maybe.

Ok so to clear this out: yes she can not shit without enema. But this NOT start from anal and deep insertions! She always have this problem and it just go forward with association of anal insertions. If she will never do anal this will be same way but later.
