My daily training routine before my living arrangements changed and made it harder to do...

 

...was every morning I would enema my ass deep, use a double ender to open up deep then stretch around large water bottles of warm water while I showered. The warm bottle seemed to help my ass relax, and as the weeks went on I found I was quickly taking larger bottles. I got from only 2 inches diameter to just over 3 in a few weeks, and besides that it was just a fun daily shower routine!

When training my hole hard, I'd rinse out with a handheld shower head then work through a few toys up to at least 3" wide. Occasionally I'd self-fist with 3.25" and 3.5" featuring regularly. This would be every shower, which comes about every other day, with occasional days back to back.
