Saline Balls and Anal Pumping

So two questions either of which I'd be overjoyed to have answered. 

1) saline infusions. any help would be great. I know you gotta keep it sterile. And that it will burn a bit going in. Anything else? does it last a day? Two? More? 

 

2) Pumping: just bought one and plan on making my ass lips pucker and my rosebud bloom. Any advice on how to avoid injuring myself? With anal stretching I definitely over did it. Have numerous tears to the point every doctor I see mentions it during physicals lol.

I just inflated my scrotum 2-3 days ago and it was a fantastic experience. My friend followed pretty much exactly as the link tells you and I ended up with with some wonderfully huge balls that lasted 24-48 hours. I have pictures of my experience and just need to post them.
