Sensitivity maintenance?

I'm curios if anyone knows any good methods to keep the anal muscle and inner sphincter muscles in healthy shape. With the stretching loss of sensitivity is inevitable so imo the key is to keep those muscles in tip top shape for fun play with minimally stretching. Does anyone have any practices that keeps the fun zone in shape? I know pc flexing helps exercise that muscle area, and there are some good herbs and nutritional diet practices that help...

I don't have any sort of regimen that I follow. Most of the time, I try and do as little as possible for the first six hours or so after. Sometimes I just go to sleep. I feel like it's good to let the vessels and muscles relax back into shape without much pressure from walking around or doing anything strenuous. Mainly I cook something to eat and relax.
