From so far you send a link "url" there will be no legal abuse, it's only a link to ... and contain no any copyright material, just a place to go on the web.

But, when you download the video file to your HDD you commit copyright infringement, because you made "...a copy to another media device".

So, you can jumpto a link by mistake, this is not illegal, but downloading the whole file intentionally is never considered as mistake.

This are the juridical fact's, but this board can have their own rules that I want to follow up with all pleasure.

That's the reason why we post mostly "Home made clips" that were free posted on the web for public view.

Also, a have seen that the clip of "HKJ heavy fisting" recently posted is removed from the board.

Sorry for the incorrect assessment because that one was not a preview clip made for free distribution to promote the full movie marketing campaign.

Feel free to delete some posted material that does not fit the rules of this board.

of course you dont commit any legal infringement when you post a streaming link to a HKJ's clip, only the uploader of that clip, and we won't blame you for that
only that the board is friends with the producer alex thorn of HKJ, DGG etc and so we'd like that people bought those clips instead of wieving streaming or DLing illegally
perhaps it's almost impossibile in the great ocean of web but the board tries to help the good extrem content provided by alex thorn by not bankrupting him, at least not here
it's true that sometimes the serial posters here post some of these clips to be DLed but we delete the post and often warn them
we're not always on board and so sometimes a few clips with forbidden content are not noticed, let alone deleted and stay on board
i try to stifle this abuse of forbidden content but i'm not always here and always policing

Me and my friends think differently about "preview" pic's.

- A photograph does not reflected the whole content and nature of the video.

- We always just post "links"  Why ? ---> Never juridical procecution for members and also this board.

- No pic's that we copy           Why ? ---> Can be result in copyright  infringement.

- Instead of this, a good title and description of the clip begets more attention.

Is it right what we think ? ---> See the number of "Views" this topic have (= 3120) and this without "preview".

On the other side , we understand that some peoples prefer to see a "preview" pic(s) before downloading the video from the linked site, because they sometimes take long download time.

With "streaming" vid's you can judge directly if it is what you are looking for, otherwise you cancel and go to the next post quickly.

So if you skip "previewless" posts of me, you will missing Gina's special selection.  <_<
