Muscle Use

When you're stretching your asshole (or instructing someone else on how to stretch theirs) do you tell them to use their muscles or not? 

 

I normally bear down to open my hole wide. Not super straining but pushing pretty hard ... by the end of a stretching session my ass is normally very sore and tired, and feels difficult to close. I've noticed it opens super wide whenever I bear down at all now though. Doesn't really bother me, but I wonder if I should be practicing without using my muscles, as I've seen some suggest. What do you do?

I guess it depends on what you're going for...

 

I read somewhere that using your muscles to push out at the same time as pushing something in to your asshole is one way to make progress on a prolapse. If that's what you want, then I wouldn't worry. I don't think it's a particularly quick way and from what I can see it's by no means a sure thing, but I think it's one way that it could go.
