The lady who runs this tumblr page seems to have something like what you're looking for, not quite a vertical slit, but certainly a loose hole.  It's basically a photoblog starring herself in various nude poses.  She doesn't focus on her ass more than any other part, but from many of the pictures posted over the years, she's done some serious work to get it to the state in the linked picture.
