1. Large size, around 7cm width/diammeter (length is not that important).

2. Non-flexible.

3. Can be filled with water.

I have several different toys, but they just don't compare to a large plastic bottle filled with hot water.

Or maybe try a glass toy? It can be heated in hot water. For example TRINITY GLAS G-98.

2.9 inches would be 7.366 cm  :)  so just heat it and loob it...
