If any of you know what plug or dildo i could try after just successfully and finally accomplishing the

I finally got it in but only after wearing the anal lock with ball attachment 60mm for 2 hours.. with 6kgs weight attached to it.. It felt amazing walking around.  So any advice... I got the small bed knob buddy,, but now have the medium... I found out the small keeps wanting to come out.. so i wear crotchless panties to keep it in. The medium just stays inside...incredible feeling
