Ah dude i wondered what happened to you. From what i can gather unless you are pumping your ass its gonna take a lot longer than just with object insertion for you to get a full on prolapse.

Find household objects that you can just about fit in your ass like for example I use plastic bottles. Then keep inserting them and fucking your ass until they are easy to slide in and then move up to a wider and possibly longer object and repeat over and over again until you have a hole to you're desired size , It will take a few moths but you will progress if you stretch a lot .  ;)   Just make sure you don't put anything stupid up there that you could loose and might get stuck or something with sharp edges or something made out of glass.

Thanks for the advice peeps, I've been thinking, if I didn't fuck my hole for an extended period of time would it slowly return to its original size by slowly recovering and getting smaller so I can't fist myself anymore or am I going to have a permanently stretched out hole ? Having been a member of this forum for a while there are a lot of people including myself who have come here looking for advice on how to do various things like how do you rosebud and how do you anal fist yourself, I personally think it would be a good idea to add a section to the forum purely dedicated to 'how to' therefore making it easier for people to seek advice as the general discussion section covers pretty much anything. I think theres enough threads that cover this area for it to be made for it to be its own section in the forum. Anybody else think its a good idea perhaps?
