You can over do them. You know you have over done them, meaning too many days in a row, when you cant go to the bathroom without them. I have been doing them for years. I find the best practice is no more than once a week and wait at least 4 hours after eating before doing them or you will get nauseus. I find having one every 2 weeks is personally the best practice that keeps you from being dependant on them yet still enjoying them.

Anyone know a good website to get gigantic Enema Nozzles and I mean "huge" and long that are glass or plastic? I developed allergy to Rubber, Latex, and Silicon so thats not good for me anymore. And when I mean big I mean big...like 2.5 inch diameter or larger. thanks

lube lube and more lube especially first times and go slow no matter how easy it may slide in and make sure if she has a poop accident, down play it as no big deal so she doesnt feel embarrased. The fact that she doesnt mind you trying any time even after first two times is great news. keep trying. She may be worried now after the first two times that that you dont want to do it again.

research or experiment with enemas and castile soap in the solution and you will understand soap trick better. I would think though like with enemas you have to be carefull what type of soap you use. personally i would not try the soap method because i wouldnt want to dry out anal area. It would itch to much... and i wouldnt trust regular bar soap because it has to many chemicals and fragrance stuff added. etc

I wud add to that. One more warm enema after the cold one. Warm water relaxes and cold water tightens. A microwaved warm but not hot cucumbur up the butt will get you back in the mood.

Anyone know of where to buy glass or metal dildoes 1.75 inches or greater in diameter? thats (4.445cm or greater.) I am only interested in the glass or metal type.
