  1. I'm curios if anyone knows any good methods to keep the anal muscle and inner sphincter muscles in healthy shape. With the stretching loss of sensitivity is inevitable so imo the key is to keep those muscles in tip top shape for fun play with minimally stretching. Does anyone have any practices that keeps the fun zone in shape? I know pc flexing helps exercise that muscle area, and there are some good herbs and nutritional diet practices that help...

  2. What if you are damaging your insides and are not aware of early signs of things such as prostate cancer, colon cancer, etc? I'm basically asking what do people do in order to maintain good health as to prevent such problems etc. For example body builders change their diets to accommodate for their training and supplement protein, vitamins, and supplements. Or for the person who can't maintain an erection, they go see their doctor for Viagra. So what I'm saying is while people are enjoying these things, what, if any, are some doing in order to accommodate themselves for this type of pleasure?
