Mine typically are in the evenings after work. They really help me to relax. As you have to focus on getting a large toy inside you, I must allow myself to drop all the tension in my body. First this hobby started off as a curiosity of how much could I insert but then I realized that it allowed me to relieve stress and tension. 

Typically I start with picking a few toys out of my toy box. After that I am getting myself clean. Before I start I inject some lube inside my butt so that the insides are lubed before the insertion as the toys tend to wipe off the lube they have before entering. My sessions typically last about 30 minutes with back and fourth insertions. Sometimes I take short brakes in between to relube and just walk around.

What I enjoy about this is that larger toys help me to relax, not just anally but mentally. As a large toy finally pops in, I start bouncing on it a few times before really pounding it out.

Sometimes I sleep with a smaller plug in, especially if I am having trouble falling asleep. Somehow it helps with sleep and relaxation. I am planning to use a plug in public for longer periods but still having some practical issues like keeping the plug in and not falling out.

From what I have seen online, people are not able to get the larger one in fully because of its length. I have the same toy and its about an inch from getting fully inserted. You are really lucky if you anatomy allows that, enjoy.

I would be really careful with the materials. They seem to be cheap but that comes with a worry if the materials are body safe. I know no ways of really verifying this

Remember that it really depends of the material you are trying to insert. Inserting 4.5" metal plug would be much more difficult that having soft silicone of similar measurements. It all comes down to how adapting the material is to the pressure when inserting.

So removing the outer shell reduces the overall diameter to 3.75"? I have the smaller one, Ass Servant which is one of my favorite toys. It has similar construction. After a couple of year of use the shell separated from the core and I could remove and reattach it. Is this reattaching possible with Ass Master? 

What kind of a job do you have so that it is possible to wear a butt plug all the time?

From time to time I take a break in my anal stretching habits (currently at around 4.1" max diameter). I have noticed that after resuming the first tries are usually a bit disconfortable in terms of insertion speed I've been used to. To adapt to this, I usually go way slower than normally and put extra care on administering enough lube. I believe my ass gets smaller each day I do not do anything with it. Not sure about long term wear of any toys, I've only gone jogging a couple of times with one in supported by a butt plug harness.
