Does anyone one knows who is used in Spain?. Special lubes are expensive, although I must admit that are the best...apart of oilve oil and Nivea Cream, do you know any other solution?. I've been pumping OUTSIDe de rectum , with my anus lips included and I've experimenting changes. If I combine it pushing out after pumping, and retaining the lips with my fingers leaving the rectum go out between my fingers I feel some noticiable (but little) progress in terms of prolapsing. I've pumped only less than a minute 3 times in less than 15 minutes (I have no more time and opportunities)...So if I can repeat more times and during more time I think I will reach modest prolapse.
