The best tip I was ever given was to like on your back in a bath and then use a shower attachment to flush yourself out until clean. Laying on your back seems to make the "path" easier.

I've never felt the need for poppers so I've never taken the risk. Many of the guys I play with use them but I don't think they enjoy it any more than I do. It's almost as though its a tradition rather than a necessity.

I've been double fisted many times. I agree, if you can take a 4"" diametre butt plug you will be able to take two hands and long as they are not too big and you are patient.
