I'm Italian, so my partiality is on pasta, not on chocoa (by the way: ketSHITup on spagetti!!!???!!! The pope condamned you to hell the moment you only though about it! And he's german!!) In my personal taste, and having been both in Belgium and in Switzerland, I prefer Swiss milk chocloate, expecially for easter eggs, but I give my vote to Belgium for more elaborate/mixed chocolate (Mozart's balls is just the VERY beginning, but it's an example of what I mean by sayng elaborate).
