Your attitude is spot on but your medical knowledge isn’t. Not everyone who tries to achieve a true prolapse will. Some of us just aren’t built that way. As I’ve said many times here- I’m soon to be 53. I’ve been fisting, plugging, pushing, toying, playing, etc since the mid ‘90’s. And while I have  a proper and respectable rose and huge anal lips, a true meat tube prolapse probably isn’t in the cards. It’s just how I’m constructed. But damn, if the journey isn’t a fucking blast. And that should be the whole point.

What you see there is a result of incredibly deep stretching and pushing out my sigmoid. The large bulge in the middle is my sigmoid prolapsing through my colon. Other FF prolapsers like myself have the same thing going on like hungerFF, Budman (from many years ago) and putxoxoxo. 

The large center bulge doesn't come out unless I am playing and intentionally stretching my inner hole and pushing out. Otherwise, my prolapse looks remarkably "normal." Whatever normal means around here.
