For 20 count shrimp I peel and (devein)leaving the tail.
Then coat with a good cajun dry rub and top off with honey.
Let sit for an hour and then grill over a medium hot CHARCOAL
fire for a couple of min per side or until done. Forgot to add
I skewer 4-6 then place on grill..prevents them little suckers
falling into the coals. You end up with a really nice sweet
and spicy entree or app. I rate it a 8 but only because I prefer
a Shrimp boil where I am also having the corn, potato, polish sausage
and my cocktail sauce along with a good cheese and cracker app with
plenty of good COLD beer/wine
