Not long after I posted the above the stopper suddenly failed. It took me over an hour to clean up the mess and rinse my clothes. Fortunately I had been aware that the stopper was likely to be unreliable and had a replacement prepared. I have been able to continue the experiment without removing the butt plug itself. The new stopper was manufactured specifically to cap off the type of pipe I am using. It tightens a rubber gasket between two plastic washers as a wing-nut is turned. I modified it so that the whole of it would fit totally inside the pipe rather than sitting on the end of the pipe. I have it tightened securely in place now and expect that it will prevent further accidents of this type.

I must say that the service was excellent, but the plug was not the right shape for me and I could not keep it in place. My interest had been peaked however so over the last couple months I have been developing a made to measure version of a 24/7 plug. I am using a 2" inside diameter plastic pipe, outside diameter 2-3/8". Since one has to be able to sit fairly comfortably on a 24/7 plug the first thing I did was to insert a 4 inch length of the pipe with the bottom end wrapped in a sponge soaked in Plaster of Paris and then sit on it until the Plaster of Paris cured. This experiment suggested that the bottom plug needs to be cut higher on the front and back to form a saddle shape. In further tests I discovered that the back side needs to be cut back about 3/4" and the front about 3/8". The longest part of the saddle shape is slightly forward of the center. I used silicone sealant to form a base on the outside that follows the saddle shape and is about 3/8" wider than the tube. I next experimented with length and cut the tube off so that it was just past the rectal sphincter when it was laced in place. Yesterday morning I started a trial run. The plug is comfortable when standing and there is no overwhelming urge to push it out. The plug enters a little deeper when I sit on it but it is not really uncomfortable. For the first few hours I was very aware of the plug but gradually it became to feel more natural. The tube must be constricting my urethra a bit because urine flow is not as free as normal. There were hints of cramping overnight but these passed and at almost 24 hours I am continuing the experiment.

I was also young, maybe around 9 or 10, perhaps younger. I started probing with a finger and one day got it in past the sphincter, which was really tight. Then two fingers, then carrots, and gradually over the years bigger and longer. Initially I thought I was the only one in the world who had ever done such things but eventually I discovered I was not alone in my interest.

My comments on the Neo XL are similar to those of Shak, although perhaps I am less polite. Great service, product not as advertised. Not a 24/7 device as shipped. Closing plug is too long to sit on and has to be trimmed. If one is stretched enough to get the anal ring in there is no way to keep it in without a harness. No easy way to make a 24/7 harness either. I also agree that the device is too short. Without a closing plug that you can sit on and a custom retaining harness that you can wear 24/7 this is not a serious 24/7 plug so don't be taken in by the hype.

My goal is to stretch my current limits. My maximum anus stretch right now is with a 12 1/2 inch circumference plug. This would be 4 inch diameter if it was round but it is oval shaped. My maximum length is 13 inches with a 1 1/2 in diameter dildo. I have another toy that combines both width and length. I can get it in 9 inches where it is also 12 1/2 inch circumference (4 inch theoretical diameter) and it tapers to about 2 1/2 inch diameter at the leading end. Progress is very slow now for both width and depth but I will keep trying. I also like to go for endurance. The longest time I have worn a plug was about 8 hours. The plug was home made, 3 inch diameter, 6 inch length. I have ordered a hollow butt plug and will soon be seeing how long I will want to keep it in. It is 3 1/8 inch maximum diameter, 3 3/4 inches long and comes with a stopper to keep things under control between rinses.

Actually Rosebutt I would be more interested in the size of your longest toy because it was not until I started stretching with a 2.4 inch diameter by 10 inch long toy that got into trouble.

Thanks for the advice Ikkie. I am doing the contraction exercises whenever I think of it and I have also got some diarrhea relief medication because loose stool is part of the problem. Rosebutt: Diameter IS across so I presume you mean 11.5 inch circumference which would be 3.7 inches across (diameter) not 4 inches. If it was 4 inches across (diameter) it would be 12.5 inch around (circumference). I do wonder which it is.

I can consciously clench on a finger up my ass, but otherwise the sphincter is relaxed. It is not open like a hallway, but it is not tight enough to keep shit from leaking out when I am not paying attention. My largest toy is 3-1/4 inches diameter at the widest point.

So how do you keep your underwear clean?

I doubt my doctor has as much knowledge of the effects of anal stretching as those with direct experience here. I am still hopeful to hear from someone who has experienced what I am going through or who has knowledge of this problem. I think this is an entirely appropriate place so seek advice for someone in my particular situation.

I have been stretching for many years and have had no problem. For the past while I have been inserting the Man in a Barrel almost daily. Recently I obtained a long and large dildo and started trying to stretch the inner sphincters. Now my outer anal sphincter no longer functions. This is very inconvenient and has been extremely embarrassing at times. I have refrained from any play and have been consciously contracting the anal sphincter as often as I remember throughout the day for the past week but have seen no improvement. Does anyone have any suggestions or advice?

This morning I got Rascal the Master in 9" deep. I need to go about 1 3/4" more before it bottoms out at just under 12". I will no doubt be working on it in the days ahead. The diameter is 2 1/4". I can get the 3 1/8" diameter Man-in-a-Barrel in but it is only 6 1/4" long.
