Little late in the pages to throw anything out that anyone will read- but then I don't aspire to be well read by all the intellectools! Thanks, AL for saying the one thing that does, above all, seperate RBB from most--- On most sites it seems that everyone, like here too, is free to bitch all they want! But the cardinal sin (the unspoken "behind locked doors" & "don't talk about our retarded cousin locked in the attic" mentality) melts away here! On all the sites I post on, my very first post starts with me saying I will give credit to the poster & the site I found that post on, & asking the Mods or owner to let me know if I am breaking any rules of that site... I have never gotten a rebuff or red flag from any site for saying & doing just that- always giving credit if I know it!!! But it is not a popular thing to do----is that just scared members or maybe folks claiming ownership of something that never was thiers to own- like a fine sunrise? To reply to your statement Trully, I have never seen RBB on any other sites "friends of" listings! Even tho X is a memer of many boards & a part of admin on surfoo (so it is said) & so many of the members of many sites are back here within a week- including you, T- Why is that? True-teller? Are they afraid of the comradrerie that DOES exist here, where everyone good is willing to watch your back if someone tries to make you feel worthless, ugly or a fool because you don't post how that meglo-maniac poster insists you post? Mods- It is not my place to say how anything is done here- but I asked X last year why he did not have surfoo as a recommended sister site-- they really do have more simalarities than differances? And Anlover, I think that was a great thing you did- it wasn't about $ I have afeeling that to be on any other sites recomend list probably means the have paid to be there- bur yours it was just about the places U have found that U think we would enjoy!!! Mods, this is a free site, depending on the charity of those who love it & I realise you do not have the resources of the bigger sites I do not want to see it fall- do YOU Guys think maybe the referred friends section should be more open- kind of a referance to all of us of other sites---I know it would be more work for U all to monitor & look at other sites as another part of your job as well as trying to watch over all our posts too! But it would prove to some of the non-beilevers that this is one site that only exists because of a bond to share, not use, dominate & control others...as always, just a thought, puff,puff Maybe, someday, in the future it would be feasable. In the meanwhile, my true friends & my Trully friend- enjoy the free post & if U like & want to--- donate to the continued existance of the free RBB --bumperfan
