last night it was; salad (same as before - romane lettuce, leaf lettuce, spinach with balsamic vinagerette and T-bone steak pan cooked with soy, brocolli, garlic and mushrooms. this time might have been better with red wine instead of soy sauce. for me beef normally only gets soy OR red wine... not much else will marinade my beef
