    im not a fan of oil based lubes if im being honest I did try coconut oil once I think and it was good but not great for me.

    Yes I’m in the us I used x lube before they took it off Amazon. Let me know how k lube is I’ve had my eye on that or j lube for a while

    Thanks for the answer the time factor for me is I play at night so I have to go to sleep at some point and generally I don't feel like I worked my hole enough haha. Maybe I'll have to go harder. Also I wish I had a partner who was into stretching me out that must be so nice but alas I am single :(

My hole was super loose tonight after weeks without play.  It only took me minutes before I was fisting myself and the only difference I felt from how it is normally was every time I fisted myself I felt air around my hand but when I tried to push it out it nothing happened. Could this mean I'm making progress width wise anally or was I just lucky my hole was open tonight.

  5. Thanks for the answers. I wish there was an easier way to tell haha sometimes when I push I get that feeling but other times I don't notice it.

    Lately when doing intense pushing sessions while open, during heavy bouts of pushing it actually does feel like I can feel the muscles stretching and straining. Maybe not detaching or anything but its a distinct feeling. I wouldn't say its pleasurable or painful though but it gives me an idea that I'm making progress.

    You can always set up a mirror in front of yourself as well when you train your rose so you can actually see your results.
