The biofreeze -thats the name brand of it, is more intense but still nothing crazy.  The aloe burn gel is just aloe with lidocaine thats typically used on sunburn.

Ive personally tried biofreeze and aloe burn gel, neither were more than a light discomfort for 20 seconds or so when first applied.  The freeze spray is probably similar and peppermint oil i have no idea.
