  1. Flexibility and position is the deciding factor. Assuming your using lube. For fisting I like a thicker lube like Aquaphor (like Vaseline) or elbow grease, Bad Dragons cum lube is great too and my personal favorite!

    Position: use your dominant hand, if you’re right handed you will want to lay on your left side, on the floor, lay on your side. Use left elbow to hold your upper body up a little. Then bring your right knee towards your chest, almost like a fetal position but your other leg will be more strait but bent at the knee a little. Position is reversed if your left handed. This is where flexibility and doing some stretches regularly will help. The more you’re  able to arch your back the easier your fist will go in. The more you stretch your back the farther you can reach. That’s the starter position. After doing that for a while I was able progress to doing doggy style position, where I’m on all fours but can reach around and slide my fist right in, the more you can arch your back the easier it is. Yoga helps too, I can almost put my legs behind my head and I can now put my knees behind my shoulders, all from doing yoga regularly. I hope this helps. Happy fisting!

  2. I used to do enemas. Not anymore because I noticed, with my body, it’s all about the fiber intake. I religiously eat a full bowl of Fiber One honey clusters cereal (because it tastes good). I eat it daily and it’s the only think I need for a clean hole. Supplements don’t really work as good. It takes a week or two for you to notice once you regularly eat the cereal. I poop once a day and they’re huge. As long as I’ve had a BM I can work a 16” x 2” hog and not have any issues at all, (no poop), it’s the same with self fisting. I realized I was wasting a lot of time with enema prep. Now I don’t need any prep, just lube. Side note, the diet makes you really enjoy your BMs, they’re massive sometimes and it feels great!!!

  3. Not sure, it probably helps a little. I used it mainly for width play. I just recently got into trying to prolapse and found the most progress from just pushing a lot while going as big and deep as possible. I experience a cool thing with this toy though. The shape of it can get into the sigmoid for me and then it sucks the entire plug all the way in! I’m in the face down ass up position with as much arch I can do, and the plug goes almost straight down and sucks IT ALL in. That’s when you can pump as much as you want and feels the best when you slowest push it out. I swear it almost get the size of a regular balloon.

  4. I use aquaphor. I’ve tried other stuff but this seems to work the best for me. The main ingredient is Vaseline. It works because it stays lubed. When you get enough in and work it then I fuck for hours and stay slippery inside and out. A tub of it lasts forever. It’s in the skin care isle. 

  5. Extremerestraints.com is where I got my inflatable plug just like what you’re describing. I think it’s called the xl inflatable butt plug, it starts about 2 inches wide and 6inches long with soft but solid core. It can inflate as large as you like, more that five inches wide. Despite the description might not say that. This plug will reach your limit and have more to inflate. I’ll look it up and post it here.

    Thanks again for your earlier reply message, I know i said no more pumping,but today I gave it a last go, before I used the pump, I played with an 11"  and thick toy and a Fisting toy and use normal poppers,I then went on to my pumping toy, the cylinder is a Thickwall 3" Rosebud Cylinder.So after about 30 min play,I hit the pain barrier,where i normally stop, but I thought as its going to be my last play for a while, I decided to try and go through the pain barrier and I did, plenty of poppers helped.Then all of a sudden my prolapse popped out and for my 1st one it came out about 3" which I thought was great.

    But thanks again for your help and advice.May my prolapse continue.

    Wow, sounds awesome! Have you had any issues after you played? Like pain, incontinent, blood, permanent damage from passing that pain barrier? I’m close to getting there, but I have to stop sometimes when i see the slightest sight of blood. I can push a prolapse in and out but only about and inch out, but I can definitely feel it getting bigger and wider. I see blood before pain so I haven’t experienced the pain threshold.

  7. Maybe stop pumping for a bit. For me I’ve been doing insertions for years now and just this year got into pumping but I pump any the end of a session because it swells everything up and Prolapse can show but can’t really push it out. I noticed much more progress when I don’t pump. Meaning I do big insertions, fisting and at same time I push a lot. I can push out a prolapse that way and it’s easy to push your prolapse in and out with no pumping. This is my experience you may be different, good luck.

  8. When you put your toy in and you hit the end, pull toy out about an inch then bear down hard then slowly push toy in. Sometimes you’ll feel the sigmoid wrap/fold over around your toy, if you’re real familiar with your body. Play with breathing and pushing with toy and trying different techniques to get familiar with your insides. Eventually you’ll get it in. I first tried with a 1 inch diameter 16 inches long and can get most of it in so I moved to a 2 inch diameter and can get that one in too. Enjoy!

  9. Hi all, has anyone ever Heard of having the tailbone removed? I ask this because it seems like it gets in the way. And I’ve seen all the videos of that old skinny guy(don’t know his name, called goatsy sometimes) and it looks like he has a scar where his tailbone is. I’m wondering if he has had his removed and that how he can take huge toys. Any thoughts? Thank you.
