I've seen it done in the past, but have no idea how long term the idea could be. I imagine sleeping might be tough? If you could manage, I think keeping your balls that warm all the time would double as a birth control method too.

When you're stretching your asshole (or instructing someone else on how to stretch theirs) do you tell them to use their muscles or not?    I normally bear down to open my hole wide. Not super straining but pushing pretty hard ... by the end of a stretching session my ass is normally very sore and tired, and feels difficult to close. I've noticed it opens super wide whenever I bear down at all now though. Doesn't really bother me, but I wonder if I should be practicing without using my muscles, as I've seen some suggest. What do you do?

Recently while playing I managed to tear a little. I was rushing things and probably just got a little ahead of myself, but the few times I've played since its hurt and there was blood; I haven't tried a really big toy in some time. How long do these things take to heal? The tear doesn't seem bad, and normal movements aren't painful, although wiping is a bit more difficult than usual. I just miss being able to stuff my hole with my wonderful toys.

Heh, realized I didn't mention what I was using in the OP, was feeling pretty good at the time I guess! I used to play with a 2 inch bottle (when inserted backwards), after warming up with fingers. Once I bought some real toys, started with 2.5; now begin with a 2.75, before I use my man in a barrel to go up to 3.25.

It definitely puts me in the mood to stretch more, and I think I push myself further after having some. Wife enjoys it too, but doesn't seem to associate it with stretching as much. Maybe I can convince her. lol

When I started playing with my ass, I liked big toys. To take my bigger toys though, I normally warmed up first with something smaller, to help my hole stretch larger slowly. Over time though I've outgrown my warmup toys, and they've been getting bigger too. Anyone else outgrow their smaller toys looking for a bigger stretch? What sizes do you guys use to warmup with? Reading helpful topics here and other places, I learned very quickly that silicone lube and silicone toys did not play well together. I listened to that advice, but because I never had any toys, I didn't not pay it much mind. Now I have a few toys and I realized just recently that I use water based and silicone based lube fairly indiscriminately between all of them. My problem?
