I don't think her name has ever come out. This is an amazing compilation of her videos - there are many clips in this set that I haven't seen before. I didn't realize there was so much material. These all appeared 3-5 years ago (?) at once, and as far as I know there hasn't been anything since then (although some of the clips I don't recognize could be new - but I haven't seen them on any Japanese boards.)

That's one of the Keymon series of Brazilian amateurs. There are a few of them, all short and low quality. By low quality, I mean resolution. The content is fantastic.
