  1. And again every body is different for some people pumping itself will do the thing and for others fisting combined with pushing straining pumping and soaping will finally allow one to prolapse. Body is built in the way that won't allow prolapse to appear easily. The evolution made sure to make it capable of doing many things including carrying extremely heavy objects and nothing happens. Maybe natural pushing is method for you but for some others the soap may be the thing
  2. At some time I had just the same mixed feelings as you have right now but eventually they vanished. Some people are definitely more exposed to some kinds of medical 'problems' than others that's why prolapse differs in shape among different people. No prolapsed rectum is same as other one. Never. I had some luck because my as started prolapsing a little early. I guess it was right after I discovered this forum and after 2 or 3 months of progressive play with eggplants, tangarines or bottles. Atm neither am I working on the width nor on the deep but I'm aware of the fact that deep prolapse usually is caused by deep tearing of ligaments. You are not doing it to soon either, since the tissue which is being hold in place by both adhesive and collagen-bound proteins tends to weaken with age and with work done by your organism. Maybe you just should put more effort into it and eventually you will achieve nice prolapse. You can also Google some prolapse medical pictures that show a stage called rectal intussusception - the tube into tube effect. If you can recognize this into your own body then all you need is to follow up with pumping and using the soap but if not then I would definitely recommend some extensive anal pushing stretching and putting inflatables into and pumping them to ur limits. The bleeding sign has various reasons but I guess everyone has had a bleeding during pumping. Sometimes it just happens just be sure the bleeding is just a slight bleeding the last thing is that you would want to keep pump inside if you want prolapse and if you want huge lips then you should pump outside your lips. Unfortunately having huge lips blocks the progressive nature of prolapse as it cannot protrude easily. Wish you good luck!
  3. I see word 'soap' and I appear :p. I wonder if you have seen the guide that has been posted already on the forum which described how to get prolapse. Here is the link in case you haven't : Anyway time to say something in order to answer your questions. 1. The purpose of using soap is to make your body limits vanish. When you usually go on the toilet and strain to make poop go out you use muscles of the pelvic floor. I won't go into more advanced anatomy. These muscles will support your actions but only to the one certain point and that point is when your rectum is empty. Most often you won't have further strength to push out your bowels and so the prolapse won't appear. The soap is there to make your push feeling get extremely stronger. Of course you don't need soap to get prolapse but if you don't use it the whole process takes much longer time. This method has its own pros and cons that are stated in the guide 2. You shouldn't use the lube as it can make a layer on your tissue under which some molecules of soap can be stuck. The soap itself will cause swelling and urge to push and you don't want to make it feel permanent. You should use a soap that makes your ass irritated but have in mind that you can hurt yourself If you go too much against your own body. I have been doing this method since September or October and I'm still healthy so don't worry. Only the prolapse gets bigger! If you have problems getting the soap inside you then rub it into your hands with hot water so it can dissolve a little and then push it inside so it can stay inside you for 10-15 minutes. It will dissolve inside even more. During the Acton if you feel that you don't have the straining feeling anymore you should put the bar of soap again intro your anus but not fully inside. Just try to fuck yourself with the bar. 50 thrusts would be more than enough to make the sensation come back. After the play remember to wash your anus and prolapse with plain water so the soap won't stay into your anus. After time you will be able to make routines.   5. Hey! I can relate adequately to this topic since regular playing with soap goes with cleaning and straight answer to your question is quite problematic. All depends from the effect you want to cause or the things that you are afraid off. Some people think it's a huge turn off to have some pieces of scat visible during play session and decided to clean themselves earlier - either with enema or showering with water. Anyway you should remember that your an us was meant not to be played with. The nature apparently didn't want it for some reason and now it should be clear that doing nothing in order to clean asshole is acceptable. If you are afraid or disgusted then cleaning would do the thing. Choose the method which best suits for you but remember not to do it too often since the internal tissue gets irritated very quickly when exposed to soap or pure water. The mucus would eventually be washed of and you would achieve only itching sensation that would stop the desire to play. My advice is that you should build a strategy of yours. Wash your butt inside when you need to but don't do it too often. You should also sometimes make some breaks in play to make prolapse progress. Cleaning and being clean is nice but having mucus even from 6 previous days or so is quite natural and it helps germs to recover and so they are working in the intestines to build up essential vitamins. It's your body and you can do with it all you want. Everything you need is a bit of understanding. Try to imagine your body as your second part of the soul and then you would do everything you want and body would eventually adjust to it! Have fun! I hope I helped even a little bit

  8. Hello folks! I've got new update for those interested in blooming the rose. I have discovered that periods of break are essential to make long term progress. This time without too extensive stretch would serve organism to regenerate the tissue. Unfortunately there is something that comes along the whole process and that is enlarged veins in the rectum which could or could not lead to health disorders and when it appears I would recommend you to stop doing anything for a while. This condition can disappear over time. Another point is about pushing itself. As long as you are doing everything that is stated in this guide, sooner or later you will feel something that feels like bump near the passage that leads to your depths and you should not be worried as this bump is the integral part of the body (it connects the organs to the skin from inside) and is a natural reaction of organism towards both too extensive pressure put on anus muscles and further protruding of the prolapse. Again if you begin feeling this bump that means you are closer to full prolapse than ever and you should be happy you achieved that what you wanted to achieve. All of us would be happy if some guys reading my thoughts could somehow relate how the guide works among people. Some photos would be great as well! I forgot to mention that prolapse tissue is becoming less and less red and is more likely to get cold than hot as the condition goes further. Stay tuned again! When doing these steps included in the tutorial you should se a difference in the tone and legnth of your prolapse. Pushing on the toilet was the most efficient method as it increased the pressure put on the abdomen itself resulting in stronger prolapsing of the tissue. When squatting the anal cavity is wider and allows more tissue to prolapse but it doesn't help when it comes to progress BUT TODAY I HAVE DISCOVERED THAT WHEN YOU ARE STANDING STRAIGHT AND TRYING TO PUSH OUT THE PROLAPSE A HIGH SPOT OF PRESSURE CAN BE FELT ON THE ABDOMEN (AND THIS FEELING IS CONNECTED TO A BLANK PAIN OF BREAKING LIGAMENTS) SO AS I BELIEVE THE MOST EFFICIENT METHOD IS TO INCLUDE SOAP AND TRY PUSHING AS HARD AS YOU CAN WHILE STANDING AND GRASPING THE SPHINCTER FROM SIDES AND FROM BOTTOM SIDE.   9. Hey guys I just wanted to gain some advice on how to introduce the idea of anal sex to my girlfriend. We actually tried it 2 times but the first one was very unpleasant to her and the second time resulted in accident. She says that I can try it whenever I want to but I dont want to hurt her in any way. Maybe u guys know how to act in this situation. Greets!
  10. Because of some reason i cannot update the guide but that is not a problem since it can be modified using quotes; just don't be mad at me refreshing the topic occasionally. About this daily routine thing (including pushing and grasping the sphincter); I have made further research and discovered that one can stretch or destroy the ligaments connecting the tissue by pushing. when fingers of both hands are grasping the sphincter from opposite sites just try to insert them behind the prolapse as far as possible and then - while pushing - spread the sphincter locking the fingers on it. this will result in putting more force on the muscles of pelvic floor so the meat could extend itself even more. If you are doing this thing properly then during procedure you should feel like the prolapse is popping outside your anus like a baloon with water when you squeeze one side too much. Stay tuned!
  11. Hello. Since I got some time and I finally discovered the best way to achieve this kinky goal I decided to publish a quick tutorial how to do it. I won't say anything about the prolapse itself because we all know already what it is and what comes with having such a body modification. Every mentioned post up to this time contained an advice: try pumping your anus on your planned basis so that it can become larger and larger. - I think it's vital in both early and late progress of the prolapse as it allows the tissues to grow up; it makes them swollen and they tend to contain more blood which directly leads to progress. After this stage you would usually think: Yeah, I'm pumping it once per two or three days but still nothing happens. Maybe should I do something to speed it up? Am I doing something wrong? And at this point you should exactly stop pumping (but not exactly stop - just make it on different basis since the tissue need to regrow) and try methods connected with it or not. Some time ago I mentioned a method which allows to break the ligaments in anus and makes the tissue weaker. My thing was to put the soap bar into the rectum for some time. Firstly I was trying to do it for 30-40 minutes but it was too long and it was too painful; sometimes it required also long periods of time spent in the bathroom - not coisy when you are living with other people so putting it for 10-15 minutes then expelling it, going into squatting position grasping the sphincter from both sides and trying to push as hard as you can will eventually allow you to get things going. Everytime I used the bar to rub it into and onto the anus in order to extend the feeling of need to push out. Doing it 5 to 6 times a session will be enough. UPDATE.1 Forgot to write something about daily exercised which are definitely needed. Make sure you go to the toilet a few times a day and during your visit sit on the toilet grab your sphincter stretch it and push push push until you feel tired. You could also work up with pump because as I know from experience after some time the pump also becomes unbearable to hold it within the anus and "this" feeling starts to appear allowing us to push the prolapse and break the ligaments. I myself progressed a 4 centimeters using these methods in short period of time because it was just a one month. I started in the early december nad now is the early january and voilla IT'S MUCH BIGGER. As I read on some tumblr pages another method is to try pumping your anus how much as you can stand and after the prolapse is visible and stays outside your body - try inserting an inflatable toy inside it and pump it up as much as you can stand. I believe it works similarly to soap and pump as one's goal is to make the tissue weaker in general. I haven't tried the last method myself but it's going to be changed near the next tuesday and then I will post and update how does it work in practice. Hope I didn't write it for nothing and also hope it's going to help both advances members and the beginners. Just remember to keep it in a routine and the prolapse will appear bigger eventually. AND REMEMBER - IF YOU ARE PUMPING ONLY THIS WHOLE PROCESS IS GONNA BE MUCH MUCH SLOWER.   12. I have decided to come back to this method as I became... I don't know how to say it :v a little frustrated and so i'm having once per 2 or 3 days a session connected with inserting and soap bar and letting it stay for some time aaaand this irritation feeling becomes bearable and enjoyable as you can see your progress. The thing I wanted to state is that this method WORKS and after 6 sessions I can feel how a bulb of somekind is trying to protrude the anus and I believe its either parth of pelvic muscles of the sigmoid colon (its wall) Have fun guys. I'll try to follow up with more and more pushing and when the effect will be completely visibly then I'll post some pohotos of it.
  13. Hey Check out the previous posts in which we discussed the whole topic. Unfortunately the most efficient method is yet to be discovered. Anyway it is believed that tough fisting connected with pumping can lead to anal prolapse but in some cases it will lead only to internal rectal intussusception - which could be translated directly to tube-into-tube effect. This one doesn't last for eternity so I believe that the only way to achieve a nice prolapse which would not regenerate is to break these sensitive tissues in the rectum which function is to connect the walls of rectum to your internals; or to damage the nerve. I still hope one day somebody will came up with and idea how to do it exactly so that everyone could benefit from it. Best regards

  15. If one use it too much then it can lead to major damage to the mucous membrane located in the anus but such effect can be also caused by too extensive pumping too wide insertions or even unhealthy diet. Just be cautious - like with anything during lifetime
  16. Following all of stated advise I have come tp major breakthrough because after todays session the prolapse jsut popped outside and the feeling connected with it was fairly similiar. I was pushing as hard as I could and suddenly I felt like something is trying to get out of it and boom. It happened and now it is MUCH bigger. Gonna post photos in the evening.

  18. A remark has to be made. As I've already said in my previous post I've tried the method but I didn't stretch it to my absolutely limit but rather to the 1/2 of it. My prolapse hasn't got bigger but rather it appeared to protrude from butthole much easier than usual and that means the results are visible. The only cost of it was a slight bleeding which stopped after 2 or 3 minutes. Anyway I wanted to say be careful and know ur limits as, if I believe correctly, no one wants to go to the E.R. Just stretch it slowly like veryyyyyy sloooooooooooooooow and then make it to ur limit.
  19. Just came back from holiday. Anyway I'm not exactly sure if the guy I mentioned would like to be even more recognizable than he is currently. Even though I assure you he has the biggest prolapse we've ever seen. The burning sensation lasts for one day. It's not like it hurts for the entire day but after a session you will have to make a break of this one day period time so that the pain could disappear and you could try again. I just got further information claiming that squatting under shower and grasping prolapse with both hands trying to strech it as much as it is possible for the current level of pain can damage come connections in colon leading to bigger prolapse. And that I will personally check tomorrow if it's true About your question I tried both red random soap with strawberry perfume and also pure natural odorless and I'm sure the first one won't give such an irritation than the other one. Just make sure you want it before you try it. Hope it helps even more!
  20. Guys there is announcement to make. I asked our big mentor how can one achieve such a big prolapse and he told me a few things. I've been tryng them for 3 days and it's already 2 times bigger. If you're interested then read further. The most efficient method is to try inserting natural soap up into the butt not liquids but a whole bar of it. Burning sensation becomes so huge that you can't stand it and that results in expelling it but it allows one to push much futher and with much more power than it is possible on your own. If you're looking for extreme result try squatting hold your sphincter make the prolapse come out and push the bar inside. Now you will be trully able to feel it trying to get outside. Thank our biggest guy on this forum ( and that's not me !)

I came upon an idea to make the things more interestin' and so I'm going to estabilish a webcam nad gonna stream around midnight everyday showing up the results to make the prolapse larger and larger. What comes next is that I'm also going to pump it very hard for prolonged portions of time. ( 1 to 2 hours :P) after each show.   23. If I were you I would start playing with fruits for example apples. In the beginning try to start with small ones and then proceed in size. From experience I can say it will hurt a bit sometimes but eventually you will manage to get the pump inside. The patience is the most important factor in this case. Btw if you want to see 'rapid' growth in either thickness or length of your prolapse you probably should start trying to push it out as hard as you can along with putting your fingers behind the sphincter and stretching it.   24. I can answer your side question. It's yes but only if u don't keep it inside for prolonged periods of time. You shouldn't block the flow of blood in your veins as it could lead to necrosis althought putting it for one or two hours should be fine. A question came up to my mind what is your method to sleeping with it inside? I tried it myself but i always wake up after one to two hours because of the tissue irritation near my sphincter. (tried both internal and external pumping but the result is quite the same)
  25. Yup. I meant try to insert them and try to spread te lips with your fingers inserted up to the second knuckle or so. You should or shouldn't feel ur prolapse ring (i call it that cuz it similiar to a ring) and ur fingers should be located behind it. Not in the middle but on the outer tissue. Dunno how can i explain this anyway try spreading them like you wanted to make a tight hole bigger and strain strain strain. Try different methods for example squatting or sitting. Just try to do it regularly and u will see the progress soon.
