I feel like the diameter of the plunger is a little big for most holes, and you would certainly need more than one set of hands. Even if you found a plunger of the right size, and a friend to help you, it would still only be the equivalent of maybe 2 pumps on most penis pumps or prolapse pumps. I don't think the plunger would do much for a prolapse. The best thing you can do is, stretch, push, and buy a pump ;)

Normally a day or two after sessions, but it normally doesn't last that long before I play again. I've taken breaks over the years, and I would say they are a necessity, lest you get "use to it," so to speak. I've searched and searched and I can't find any plugs that meet my needs.
