To prevent some of the air collecting internally, you should try to make sure your shoulders are higher than your hips by six inches or so. That should help some. I haven't tried punching myself but I would imagine that you're going to have some air ingestion no matter what.

I'm not sure that it would remedy very much of this problem but it would possibly gather more users and less number of hosted sites if HotKinkyJo, Alex and crew would consolodate the different sites into one general site with all of their content available. Like most sites, when you sign up for one site, you usually get access to a number of other sites inclusively. The need for all of the different domains is unnecessary if you umbrella all of the content and simply use server directories for each model or theme, ie. HotKinkyJo, Proxy Paige or a generalized Fisting section for new talent or group efforts among the stars. Just an idea for cutting costs. This will not necessarily enhance security but the way I see it, there is no server that is secure enough to prevent being compromised %100. Not even the world governments. I was recently reading about a bill that is being presented to parliament concerning a ban on Anal Porn in the Uk.
