OK, in case it hasn't already been guessed, this topic is about submitting ultimate, "forgot to wear pants to work" moments.

That means basically, posting biggest ever cock ups.

There will be two categories:

-biggest ever computer-based fuck-ups
-biggest ever real world fuck-ups

So, it's time to spill those beans on being a jackass.

Oh, and well done for noticing, "depication" isn't a word. It's supposed to be depiction: that one was done on purpose... in spirit of err being human.

Biggest ever computer based fuck up: managed to D-BAN entire network that was being run, by accident.

Biggest ever real world fuck up (that can be disclosed): managed to trip over own feet (was trying to shoo cat) on house roof, fall through plastic sheet roofing, into a Japanese Koi Carp pond with live wire, fry fish with electrical surge... and somehow trigger a series of tremors that collapsed a mine shaft, which in turn caused a gaping sinkhole to appear wear pond had been... almost fell into abyss, almost drowned.
