What are the best ways to strighten sigmoid colon?

I have been trying to straighten my sigmoid by fisting as deeply as possible, but i was wondering if there were any better and faster ways of straightening it out?

The sigmoid is not really straightens out, it is getting wider.
I'm using think dildos with increasing diameter to stretch me deep and wide.

I kept using long dildos, taking them as deep as possible, as often as possible, sometimes just sitting on them while I read a book or watched TV. Eventually my sigmoid accepted things through it easier, to the point that most days I can take a whole double dong almost straight away while playing.

I have done this with a purple dd.need a more flexable one.

I used to put the DocJohnson The Great American and now I'm using DocJohnson The Hand and it is so good when pass the sigmoid, and i realize when I'm very relaxed The Hand goes very easy.
