Problem with non-play blood?

Hey I've been having a problem somewhat recently as far as occasionally having a bit of blood when doing regular wiping and have been avoiding play because of this, I'm wondering is there some way to stop this from happening (because not doing my usual business I'd rather not discuss) without being unhygenic? And is avoiding anal play the right call or not because it feels like it's been far too long and I'm craving being filled.

Sometimes it happens to me after a good stretch-fuck, sometimes weeks later. Depending on the damage and where it is, I found resisting pushing while using my ass-cunt for its, to me, secondary purpose, helps. Also a quick washout afterwords without penetration seems to help, too.

If I've been having some trouble with the outside of the ass and tried to play ignoring it, should I be worried if I see blood? is it just the same issue with the outside?

Sorry to double post but I have a suspicion it might be a hemorrhoid, is there some way to be sure and any home remedies to take care of it?
