    I was just wondering, if the key to stretching your ass in a session is tiring out your sphincter muscles so you can take a larger object, is it best to: 1) Just leave a thick dildo in for a period of time eg. 30 min 2) Ride the dildo without letting it exit your ass (If so, what do you consider a good number of rides?) 3) Ride the dildo but letting it exit your ass with each movement Any ideas on which is best? I'm inclined to think number 3, particularly if you really do it with a fair amount of force, kind of like punching your ass. Looking forward to hearing back! P.S. I've probably done about 20 stretch sessions on and off over last 2 years and can now take an object with a 2.4 inch diameter...is that poor progress? Will do some stretching tomorrow and post some videos/pictures if people indicate there interest in such a 'young' asshole!
