I can barely fit the pretty stiff WAD Magical Orb @10,3cm and after that the grip 134 goes in with absolutely no resistance. I also have the grip 150 which on the other hand feels impossible. So I'd say go with the 134.

I don't have a prolapse but I can take 4" plug and have monster lips and my hole itself protrudes quite far when straining because my perineum is so stretched. I can definitely feel it protruding when squatting heavy and I haven't done leg press in ages mainly because of that (because you can probably see it pushing through pants, not because it causes any problems to me whatsoever). Yes I have few similarly sized PVC plugs (3,75" Ass Servant and some 4,5" plug with outer layer peeled off) and those are much harder and less comfortable, though I still like the sharp and intense pop they give compared to the Grip 134 and use them occasionally for that reason. I'd say the firmness is comparable to other silicone toys like Bad Dragon or Mr.Hankeys at medium firmness. I can squeeze it to oval shape quite easily while squishing those PVC plugs by 1cm takes quite a bit of force.

I have their Grip 134 and it's super comfortable and slippery. I can keep it in for a few minutes and it doesn't hurt at all. At least not in a bad way

When I could take Ass Servant completely in, It took me well over a year of additional stretching after that to get "peeled" (outer layer removed) Ass Master in that is about 4.05", so those +0,3" were extremely slow progress. 4.5" is probably impossible for me to ever get in, or at least I would need something like 4.3" plug to work in first, and even that could take months/years. I would say remove the outer layer from the Red Boy and give it a year or so of hard pounding.
