For those contemplating using the multi-link approach who do not have premium accounts: Paulstein's File-Upload.net allows multiple downloads. I was able to download 6 files at once and finished the complete download in about half of an hour. JeffB and LordEdmund should be thanked for their work and effort but the entire file can be downloaded through the File-Upload links in less time than one part through either Upload.net or Rapidgator. Thanks again to all involved in getting this out.

The rs file is definitely smaller than the original, incomplete I suspect.
