Hey guys, the guide I found out that I played for years is simple and easy. Go to your shower room, take shower head off, there should left a water pipe, gently open the water with soft slow and warmwaters and do the enema. you will see that for first time that the water will reach a end and your belly feels hurt, but don't panic. take out the pipe and hold the water inside your belly, then later on it feels ok with water inside your belly and then you do the same enema thing again. for few times you will find that your belly feels hurt and you couldn't take any water into your belly and your belly looks like a ballon with full of water in it. Then you let all the water out. don't be rush and this might hurt you. have a try guys. i played for years and i am addict to it. Ps: Also if the first time it is hard for water to go in to the deeper belly, do a few small enemas first will works.
